Refund Policy

At Gracepoint Co., we are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and a great experience for all our clients. Please take a moment to review our refund policy before booking.

No Refunds Policy

All sales and bookings made through Gracepoint Co. are final. We do not offer refunds for services once they have been booked or rendered, except where required by law.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Where required by applicable consumer protection laws or regulations

  • In the event of a duplicate charge or clear billing error

  • If Gracepoint Co. cancels a service and cannot offer a suitable alternative

Each request for a refund under these exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling and Credit

We are happy to help you reschedule or cancel your appointment with proper notice (please refer to our Terms of Service for cancellation timelines). In some cases, we may offer service credit toward a future appointment, at our discretion. The non-refundable deposit is not eligible for a refund. This is decided on a case by case basis.
