Cancellation Policy
To secure a booking, we require the following: Card on File A valid credit or debit card must be placed on file prior to confirming any booking. This is required for all clients, regardless of the total cost or service type. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at booking. This deposit confirms and secures your date and time. Rescheduling and Cancellations No changes or reschedules are allowed within 72 hours of the scheduled gig. If you cancel at any time, or are unable to attend the booking, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Attempting to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and no credit will be issued. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
